Q: What are included in my tickets?

A: General Admission Ticket
- Held Thursday, May 5th - Sunday, May 8th (agenda released soon).

VIP Mixer Ticket
- Held Friday, May 6th from 7pm - 9:30pm (separate ticket required).
- Experiential event held during MHS designed to provide an engaging and intimate atmosphere for our guests to connect with MHS 2022 speakers over their passion for improving human health and performance, and treating disease through nutrition.
- Meet MHS 2022 speakers, top influencers in the ketogenic space, and other thought leaders who will be in attendance.

Gala Dinner Ticket
- Held Saturday, May 7th from 7pm - 11pm (separate ticket required).
- Enjoy a gourmet ketogenic culinary dining experience, special entertainment, an awards ceremony, and dancing to follow... while supporting world-changing non-profits, MaxLove Project and The Charlie Foundation. It's an evening you WON'T want to miss!
- MaxLove Project's mission is to empower children fighting cancer along with their families by offering quality of life care, integrative medicine, ketogenic nutrition education, and research. The Charlie Foundation works to help advance and implement ketogenic nutritional therapies to treat epilepsy, neurological diseases, and cancers through online support services, global training programs, and engagement with the medical community.
- Note: MaxLove Project (PO Box 105, Tustin, CA 92981) and The Charlie Foundation (515 Ocean Ave., #602N, Santa Monica, CA 90402) are the two organizations which will receive charitable contributions from this event. This contribution is not tax deductible. This information will also be provided to you in print via email and on the ticket confirmation PDF. Donation campaign only applies to Gala Dinner tickets purchased by CA residents. Void everywhere else.

Q: Will a virtual MHS 2022 ticket be available if I cannot attend the in-person conference?

A: Yes, we will be offering an incredible virtual platform for MHS 2022 so you won't miss a minute of the action. It's a great option if you can't travel to Santa Barbara to join us in-person! Virtual General Admission tickets will provide you with the opportunity to learn ground-breaking scientific research on ketosis and metabolic therapies, explore a virtual expo with the most innovative food, technology, and human optimization brands on the market, immerse in a virtual international scientific poster session showcasing unpublished research from around the world, hear inspirational success stories, and enjoy incredible virtual networking opportunities. Our virtual tickets offer the same incredible experience as if you were with us in-person at MHS 2022 in Santa Barbara!

Please note: If you’re a medical professional or dietitian, please purchase our CME Virtual General Registration Ticket to receive continuing education credits. Once you purchase this virtual ticket, you will be emailed a ticket confirmation, and your unique login credentials to access our virtual platform will be provided a couple of weeks prior to the conference. Access to the in-person MHS 2022 conference in Santa Barbara is not included in this ticket type.

Q: Is a discounted room block available for MHS 2022?

  • A: Yes, we are proud to be hosting MHS 2022 at the breathtaking Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort, and we've secured a discounted room block at our venue for your convenience! This stunning hotel is ideally situated on California’s Central Coastline in Santa Barbara, directly across from pristine beaches. The resort offers spacious and coastal-inspired guest rooms and suites, ample amenities including a spa, fitness center, pool, and wonderful dining options. Steps away from bike trails, winery tours, local arts district, the Funk Zone, and historic downtown, this resort is the perfect location to experience Santa Barbara and plan a special getaway for the whole family! Q: What are the parking options for MHS 2022?

A: We've secured a discounted rate for parking for summit attendees and overnight guests of the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. To park in the hotel parking lot, it is $15 per vehicle per day/night. Parking for day guests is also available at off-site lots and metered spots surrounding the venue.

Q: Do you offer student, military, or patient discounts on tickets?

Q: I'm in the media. Do you offer press credentials for MHS 2022?

A: Yes, however, media access is only provided to a limited number of working press members due to space limitations. Please email us at support@metabolichealthsummit.com for more information. 

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A: No, but you do need to bring a form of your MHS ticket to the event. If you don't print out your tickets, please bring a digital format of your ticket PDF that was emailed to you so we can scan your QR code at check-in.

Q: Where do I bring my printed or mobile ticket?

A: We will be holding on-site registration and check-in for General Admission Ticket holders at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort on Thursday, May 5th from 1pm to 5pm. Time is subject to change; please consult agenda on our website that will be listed a few weeks before MHS 2022.

Q: Can I update my registration information?

A: Yes, you can update your registration in your account through Eventbrite. If you have any questions about your registration, please email us at support@metabolichealthsummit.com.

Q: Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

A: No, the ticket can only be used with the name it was registered under.

Q: Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

A: No, please be sure that your ticket matches your registration and bring a form of identification with you to MHS 2022.  

Q: What is the dress code for the Gala Dinner on Saturday night?

A: We are asking for all Gala Dinner guests to wear semi-formal attire.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Tickets are non-refundable. However, refunds will be provided for anyone unable to travel due to government-issued travel restrictions, and for those that test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the conference commencement. Refunds will also be considered for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. 

Q: What happens if I've purchased tickets to MHS 2022, and the event is canceled?

A: In the unlikely event that MHS 2022 is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. If MHS is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Refunds will be made available for anyone unable to commit to the new event dates.

Q: What COVID-19 related rules or regulations will be implemented at MHS 2022?

A: MHS 2022 is required to follow all current COVID-19 protocols and restrictions currently enforced by the State of California and Santa Barbara County. For an event of our size, and as of November 2021, California currently requires that attendees must either provide proof that they are fully vaccinated or have received a negative COVID-19 test. Click here for specific pre-entry testing requirements set by the California Department of Health (test type & when it needs to be performed). Additional details will be released closer to the conference dates. The California Department of Health recommends a point of care test (antigen or molecular) within 24 hours of entry for asymptomatic individuals. If point of care testing is not available, molecular testing of asymptomatic individuals within 72 hours of the event with results available before entry is recommended. Individuals experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms should obtain diagnostic testing and should not attend Metabolic Health Summit 2022, irrespective of their test results. Q: I'm a brand interested in participating in the MHS Expo. How do I secure my spot?

A: All MHS Expo spots are tied to exciting sponsorship opportunities. A limited number of exhibit spots are available, and are offered on a first come first serve basis. Every sponsor of MHS 2022 is carefully vetted by our organizing committee. Q: Will CME and CPEU credits be offered at MHS 2022?

A: Yes! We will be offering both CME and CPEU credits. Details to be announced soon.
